FAQs for accountants, bookkeepers, and payroll companies

Expand or collapse all.

  • Expand or collapse. How do I add accounts to my list?
Once your list has been created, you can add new accounts by entering the client Account ID and Participant Activation Code (PAC code) just above your client list, or by completing and submitting a Quarterly Report TPR Authorization form. The PAC code can be found on the employer’s Quarterly Report (top left), Rate Notice, or New Account Letter.
  • Expand or collapse. Why can't I add this new client?

If a client is currently being represented by another Third Party Representative or the account needs attention, the Claim & Account Center will not allow you to add the account to your list. Completing and submitting a Quarterly Report Authorization form will correct these issues and the account will appear on your list automatically.

  • Expand or collapse. Some of my clients disappeared from my list. What happened and how can I get them back?

There're a number of factors that can affect your list of clients. If you feel an account is missing, please contact us at QuarterlyFiling@Lni.wa.gov. Be sure to include your UBI and the missing account's information.

  • Expand or collapse. What do I do if I can't log in or have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten a password or logon ID or are having difficulty signing in to the Claim & Account Center, please contact Web Customer Support at WebSupport@Lni.wa.gov or call 360‑902‑5999 weekdays 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST.

  • Expand or collapse. I recently changed my UBI. What happens to my list of clients?

The filer's UBI is used to show a relationship between the filer's business and the client's business. If your UBI changes, we will need to update your list of clients for you then set up for access to the Claim & Account Center again. If you change your UBI, please send an email to QuarterlyFiling@Lni.wa.gov with your old and new UBIs to let us know.
