	Digital Certicate users, switch to a FREE user ID and password. You may transfer your access permissions from your digital certficate to a free user ID and password. To do this follow these steps: 1. Login using your existing Transact Washington account. 2. On the Claim & Account Center welcome page, click on "my Profile." 3. On the my Profile page, select "Get activation codes."
