How to register at SecureAccess Washington
- Register at SecureAccess Washington (secureaccess.wa.gov) or use a digital certificate from Transact Washington (transact.wa.gov) that you can use for several different online services in Washington State, including Express Filing.
- Enroll your account after you receive an e-mail with instructions to visit the enrollment page and information about your Participation Activation Code (PAC). You'll choose a method of payment at this time.
- Activate your account using your PAC at Express Filing's Report Menu page.
- File your report after activating your account.
- Remit your payment voucher along with your paper check.
