Stay at Work: Light Duty Reimbursement

If you're an employer with an injured worker, L&I will pay you to help get the worker quickly and safely back to work in a light-duty or transitional job.

If you're eligible, we will reimburse you for 50% of the base wages you pay to the injured worker and for some of the cost of training, tools or clothing the worker will need to do the light-duty or transitional work.
