Rules governing the retrospective rating program
The Washington Administrative Code (WAC) (www.leg.wa.gov) 296‑17‑90401 through WAC 296‑17‑90497 contains the general rules that govern the L&I's voluntary Retrospective Rating Program. We refer to these retro rules (WACs) as sections and the complete body of information as the "Retro Manual".
