Rules governing the retrospective rating program

The Washington Administrative Code (www.LEG.wa.gov) (WAC) 296‑17‑90401 through WAC 296‑17‑90497 contains the general rules that govern the department’s voluntary Retrospective Rating Program. We refer to these retro rules (WACs) as sections and the complete body of information as the “Retro Manual”.
