- Look up a Claims Administrator ‑ A tool to find active claims administrators.
- Continuing Education Courses ‑ Look up courses that have been approved for credits.
- Apply to take the claims administrator test online. Log on to My Secure L&I (powered by SecureAccess Washington).
- Upcoming Test Dates.
Claims administrators use the Self-Insurance Claims Administrator Tracking System (SI‑CATS) for test application; review of courses; entering and tracking credits, and renewing through continuing education.
