If your employer is self-insured, contact them directly. Find out if your employer is self-insured.

• If you disagree with how your self-insured employer or their representative is managing your claim, call L&I's Self-Insurance Section at 360‑902‑6901.
• The Ombudsman for Self-Insured Injured Workers is available to help with Self-Insured workers compensation issues, call 1‑888‑317‑0493.
