Provider Network Status Report (PNSR)

The Provider Network Status Report (PNSR) is a daily download of providers' network status. Self-insured employers can use the report to determine who can provide ongoing treatment to injured workers in Washington State after January 1, 2013. Learn more by reading the PNSR Questions & Answers.

The PNSR is a complete, new file loaded daily by L&I. You can choose either:

Use the network status to determine who is authorized to treat injured workers for ongoing care. Network status code definitions, special program codes, and valid provider-types and specialties can be found in the Definitions Look-Up Table (091113) (28 KB MS Excel).
