December 27, 2012: The Definitions Look-Up Table and PNSR Record Layout and Data Dictionary have been updated. Please see the "Change History" sections of those documents.
December 27, 2012: The PNSR Questions and Answers has revised answers to the following questions:
- How often is the PNSR updated?
- Does the PNSR contain names of providers who have applied to the MPN, but whose network status has not yet been determined?
- Why aren’t there more specialties available in the data for Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNP)?
