The SIEDRS Reports summarize workers' compensation data for self-insured employers in Washington State. As you review the reports, please keep in mind that the data:

• Is reported by the self-insurer or their representative.
• Isn't independently reviewed for completeness or accuracy.
• Starts with January 2009, when full participation began.
