Provider Express Billing login
You have two options to file electronically:
1. You can bill directly through Provider Express Billing (PEB), see PEB registration OR
2. You can go through an intermediary/clearinghouse, see Clearinghouse registration.

Registering through an intermediary/clearinghouse
Steps to be taken:
- Apply for a provider account with L&I, if you don't already have one.
- Complete a provider account application and notice form (605 KB PDF / 3 min).
- Complete an Electronic Billing Authorization (94 KB PDF) form.
- Note: If someone else is going to receive your remittances, complete a Power of Attorney for Electronic Remittance Advice (6 KB PDF).
- L&I will notify the clearinghouse and let them know they are authorized to bill on your behalf.
- Coordinate with your clearinghouse before you begin sending bills.
