Help your patient return to work quickly
- Clearly evaluate your patient's work restrictions.
- Communicate them promptly to the employer, worker and claim manager.
- For assistance approving or disapproving a job offer based on the worker's medical restrictions call the Provider Hotline at 1-800-848-0811.
- Certify time-loss compensation while the patient is unable to work.
- Keep a copy of the Time Loss Notification form in the patient's file so it's available during the injured workers' appointment.
