Site Alert

The Quarterly Reporting system will be unavailable through My L&I Sunday, July 21, from 9 a.m. to noon due to maintenance. You can file your report through QuickFile in the meantime. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Need someone who speaks your language at your appointments?

If you have an open claim with L&I or the Crime Victims’ Compensation program, you can find and have an interpreter at your appointments with a doctor or vocational provider. There is no charge for this service. L&I does not pay for interpretation for making appointments or for legal purposes.

Face-to-face interpreting

Over-the-phone interpretation

  • Your medical or vocational provider will use the telephone to contact a trained interpreter.
  • The interpreter will listen to both sides of your conversation, restating the provider’s questions in your own language and then restating your answers in English.
  • Over-the-phone interpretation is faster and easier to arrange than an in-person interpreter.

If you have questions, please contact Megan Lemon,, or call 360-902-5161.
