L&I's chiropractic fee schedule can be found within the Medical Aid Rules and Fee Schedules under Professional services fee schedules, Local codes (2050A, 2051A and 2052A).

Chiropractic Consultation Program

This is a second opinion program in Washington state. Doctors can ask for assistance with diagnosis or treatment planning. Read more about the Chiropractic Consultation Program.

Partnership with the Washington State Chiropractic Association

A group of chiropractic physicians work closely with L&I on all issues related to chiropractic. WAC 296-20-0100 established an advisory committee to assist L&I in review of policies related to chiropractic and quality of care issues. The committee is composed of 9 members nominated by the Washington State Chiropractic Association, and appointed by the Director of L&I. The committee includes subcommittees on provider education, government relations and practice guidelines.
