Selected PDL list for Workers (51 KB PDF) is a list of drugs that have been selected as "preferred" for workers' comp benefits. This list is based on the results of an evidence based review process.
These drug classes are part of the Washington state evidence-based preferred drug list. They are subject to the endorsing prescriber therapeutic interchange program (TIP) unless specifically exempted by state law or policy. See the Washington State Health Care Authority Prescription Drug Program for additional information and exceptions.
Non-endorsing prescribers who need to request authorization for non-preferred drugs must call the Preferred Drug List hotline at 1-888-443-6798.
