ICD-10 Implementation Plans at L&I

The State Fund, Self-Insured Employers, and Crime Victims’ Compensation Program all plan to adopt ICD-10 codes on October 1, 2014.

Please use ICD-9 codes until further notice.  More instructions will be provided next year.
