| Vocational Provider Performance Report | ||
The October 2009 quarterly Vocational Provider Performance Reports are now available.
Starting October 1, 2008, a new measure of "percent useful outcomes" replaced Complexity-Adjusted Cost Outcome (CACO). Useful outcomes generally include return to work, able to work, eligible for further services, and not eligible for further services. Designations of referral closing codes (29 KB PDF) show each vocational closing code and its designation of useful, not useful, or neutral. These were revised June 2008.
This new measure is the first phase of plans to develop a new performance assessment system. The next phase will add other key data and information for a more complete representation of the Performance Criteria (43 KB PDF). These efforts are intended to support better referral decisions and improve referral results by providing L&I staff with information about the quality and effectiveness of vocational services.
