L&I is improving how we respond to complaints about businesses, workers, health care providers and contractors abusing
the industrial insurance system so we can better protect the
people and companies of our state that play by the rules. In King
County, we have a new computer tracking system to coordinate information
between internal staff and external sources to be more efficient
in the resolution of complaints.

The Seattle, Bellevue and Tukwila L&I offices have combined into one telephone system. Your call will be immediately answered by customer service staff in any of our offices. Call center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
