The purpose of this rule filing is to repeal Chapter 296-043 WAC. In 1961, the department adopted rule for heating installations. These rules are out of date and no longer used, therefore the department is considering repealing these rules. The changes were adopted 5/5/2009 and became effective on 7/1/2009.541.
