The purpose of this rulemaking is to repeal sections of chapter 296-150M WAC that were moved into chapter 296-150I WAC on June 30, 2008. The program consolidated all the requirements for mobile and manufactured home installation into one chapter and needs to repeal the information as it is no longer necessary in this chapter. The changes were adopted 11/4/2008 and became effective on 12/4/2008.529.
