Emergency rule WACs 296-23-220, 296-23-230, and 296-23-250
This emergency rule is being filed to keep the change in place while the permanent rule is being adopted. This rule change is being initiated in response to a petition to change the physical therapy rule, WAC 296-23-220. All three rules are being amended to allow physician assistants to order these therapies for the attending doctor.369.
