All updates for this rule:
OSHA has recently adopted rules regulating Hexavalent Chromium. We are making changes to our Permissible Exposure Limit table to remain as effective as OSHA. In addition, general ventilation requirements currently in chapter 296-62 WAC, the General Occupational Health Standards, are being repealed from that chapter and moved into chapter 296-841 into the general exposure control sections. We are also changing the title of the rule, reformatting it, and clarifying some language.
