Kelly Hillman was appointed Assistant Director for Management Consulting Services in 2006. Management Consulting Services provides organization development expertise to support L&I leadership in achieving high performance and sustainable results. In her position, she is also the co-executive sponsor for L&I’s Leadership Development Program.

Kelly leads a team of internal consultants who help individuals, teams and work groups develop leadership capacity, improve business processes, build strong relationships and increase performance to achieve bottom-line results. Kelly works collaboratively with her clients on specific business goals through executive coaching, performance consulting, team development, group facilitation and customized training.

Kelly has been a public servant for the state of Washington since 1984. She joined L&I as a staff consultant in 1998. In 2004, Kelly was appointed Operations Manager for L&I Operation Divisions where she managed multiple agency-wide projects. Kelly lives in Olympia and enjoys cooking, gardening, traveling and being the mom of 3 boys.
