Accountable for Labor & Industries (L&I) programs in a nine county area of Eastern Washington, (Region 6) the Regional Program Manager works in collaboration with peers directing the delivery of services to the population. You’ll guide L&I staff to reach their potential, overcome challenges and empower them to effectively lead self-directed and enthusiastic employees who take pride in their work knowing they are supported, understood and valued. L&I programs enhance eastern Washington, and ultimately Washington State, economic vitality by protecting the financial stability of the state fund workers’ compensation system which provides benefits to injured workers. The ideal Regional Program Manager will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field AND strong experience in performance management, staff development and program management experience within a large organization and matrix environment or within a governmental operation (city, county, or state). Compensation:WMS Band 3 $71, 664 - 83, 000 annually depending on qualifications.
