How do I change my contact information?

  1. Sign in, and click Edit Contact Information link above your name
  2. Enter changes and click Save
  3. All future applications will have the updated information

This does not change your contact information for jobs you’ve already applied for. You’ll need to contact a Staffing Consultant to update your contact information for those jobs.

Prior to contacting us:

  1. Log into Manage Account.
  2. Click on Application Status in the center of the page
  3. Locate the job and click on the title in the Job Title column
  4. The job announcement will appear. Click on Print Job Information link. You’ll need to provide the job announcement number and other information when you contact us. Contact information can be found in the middle of the job announcement.

How do I obtain a copy of my online application?

Your application can be printed after you’ve applied to a job. To print, sign in and:

  1. Go to My Application
  2. Click on Application Status in center of the page
  3. Locate application you want to print and click View.
  4. Click on the link: Click here for a printable version of this application at top of page
  5. Click File and select Print from drop-down menu

How do I get a copy of a job announcement that has closed?

A copy of the job announcement is retained with your application. To view the announcement, Sign in.

  1. Click on Application Status in center of page
  2. Locate job and click on title in Job Title column
  3. The job announcement will appear, click on Print Job Information link

What if I have additional questions?

If you have questions concerning a job you’ve applied for at L&I, contact a Staffing Consultant at or 360-902-5700.

  • Prior to any new appointment into L&I, a background check, including criminal record history, will be conducted.
  • Employees driving on state business must have a valid driver’s license. Employees driving a privately owned vehicle on state business must have liability insurance on the privately-owned vehicle.
  • As a condition of employment the successful candidate accepting union covered job will be required to comply with the Union Security clause contained in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the State of Washington and the Washington Federation of State Employees or the Coalition.
