With the new simple-to-use dashboard, you can easily complete your work:

  • Add a patient's claim to a Watch List, then see it each time with one click.
  • Get access to patient information:
    • See claim status at a glance. 
    • View claim file notes and search by keywords and date.
    • Review medical and diagnostic reports.
    • Send a secure message to the claim manager.
  • Use Provider Express Billing:
    • Submit and adjust bills electronically.
    • Retrieve and review Remittance Advice.
  • Submit a Report of Accident online.
  • Find A Doc using Quick Search.
  • Manage your clinic's permissions.
  • Access "My Services" from other Washington government offices through Secure Access Washington (SAW).

Plus, My L&I can be used from your smartphone or tablet.

Is My L&I replacing the Claim & Account Center?

No. My L&I makes it easier to find and use key claims-related data in the Claim & Account Center.
