L&I hears from employers, workers, medical providers

L&I reaching out to listen to 4 different customer/partner groups this fall:

  • Medical providers and their staffs.
  • Employers who have time-loss workers' compensation claims.
  • Workers and employers with a recent workplace safety inspection.
  • Employers with a recent workers' compensation audit.

For medical providers, we want to make it easier for you to work with us and create the best possible outcomes for injured workers and employers.

For employers, we want to improve how we communicate and respond to your needs when you have a workers' comp claim.

For workplace safety inspections, we want to measure the success of inspectors at leaving the inspected workplace safer and more safety conscious.

And for audited employers, we're conducting in-depth interviews to understand how they manage their workers' compensation needs and how L&I can help them succeed at that task.

Ipsos, an independent research firm, is conducting the surveys. Workers and employers will be contacted by phone, while medical providers and their staff will be contacted either by phone or with a letter inviting you to participate in an online survey.

The surveys take about 10 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and your answers will not be associated with your name or organization without your consent.

Thank you!
