An email confirmation with your claim number will be sent soon after completing your Report of Accident. The email also contains instructions on how to track the progress of your claim online and contact your claim manager.
If you haven't seen a doctor yetYou won't be eligible for benefits without information from a doctor. Your doctor will be updating your claim based on your visit.

If you miss more than three days of workThe sooner you can return to work after an injury, whether in a light-duty job or modified job (with your healthcare provider's okay), the more likely you are to recover and earn your pre-injury salary.
