Chapter 296-876 WAC, Portable Ladders

The training requirements for ladders that are currently located in Chapter 296-876 WAC were inadvertently repealed in a recent rulemaking that will be effective December 1, 2006. The purpose of this rulemaking is to put the training requirements back into this chapter.414.
