Rules Under Development
Governor suspends non-critical rule development activity
Governor Christine Gregoire extended her executive order that suspends non-critical rule development activity. The executive order directs state agencies to suspend non-critical rule development until Jan. 1, 2013. The full text of the order is available here (90KB PDF).
