Governor suspends non-critical rule development activity

Governor Christine Gregoire extended her executive order that suspends non-critical rule development activity. The executive order directs state agencies to suspend non-critical rule development until Jan. 1, 2013.  The full text of the order is available here (90KB PDF). Our updated DOSH Rules Update Monthly Summary shows which rule updates have been affected by this executive order.
