Fall Protection Rule Update

The next step for the project will be to analyze the economic impact of the rule. The timeline is scheduled as follows:

File proposed rule (CR-102): December 2008
Public hearings: January/February 2008
File adopted rule (CR-103): May 2009
Effective date: July 2009
