Q: What if I can't find an idea under the key word search?
A:
- Do not use punctuation of any sort
- Check to see that you spelled the word correctly
- Try a similar word such as "forklift" for "lift truck"
- Use one specific word in your phrase such as "baggage" rather than "lifting baggage"
- If you still can't find anything, try a search under your industry or the problem you are trying to fix.

A: L&I ergonomists have collected ideas from many sources, including Washington state employers and employees, trade associations, unions, universities, government associations and consultation reports. L&I encourages anyone with ideas to submit them for possible addition to the database.
