Course description
This course will address the fundamentals of office workstation analysis. It will give attendees a comprehensive framework for developing their own process.
Attendees will learn how to work with their fellow employees to establish proper relationships with the tools they use, such as keyboards, mice, monitors, telephones, calculators.
Attendees will practice workstation analysis using real scenarios from beginning to end using a flexible methodology which is designed to help them determine the risks and develop possible solutions.
Attendees will receive a CD containing many valuable resources.
