Contractor Overtime, Breaks and Deductions
Course description
This workshop will help you learn about payment of minimum wage and overtime for hourly, piece rate and other payment methods. Also, learn about exceptions from overtime, basic worker rights and an overview of the new provision in the Industrial Welfare Act on meal and rest periods for construction companies.
