  • A truck driver was fatally injured after being struck by a vehicle while attempting to cross the freeway. (7/15/15)
  • An owner was seriously injured and later died from those injuries after a 3600 pound concrete wall collapsed crushing the owner’s lower body. (7/13/15)
  • A worker was fatally injured after falling 23 feet through a corrugated fiberglass roof to the concrete floor below. (6/10/15)
