  • A worker was fatally injured after falling approximately 17 feet from a ladder to the ground below.(7/5/17)
  • A worker was fatally injured after a tree fell onto an excavator the worker was operating.(6/23/17)
  • A worker was fatally injured after falling off a compact roller and then being struck by the roller.(6/26/17)
  • A worker was fatally injured after falling approximately 30 feet through a skylight while cleaning a roof. (6/6/17)
  • A worker was seriously injured but later died from those injuries after a heavy metal injection mold, used for manufacturing plastic parts, fell off a shelf onto the worker.(5/30/17)
