If there's a state government shutdown due to lack of a 2017 – 2019 Washington budget, many services provided by the Department of Labor & Industries would not be available starting July 1. L&I has a full list of service interruptions should there be a full or partial shutdown.

  • Look up the contractor or tradesperson.
  • Verify if the contractor has an active license.
  • See if they have safety or construction citations.
  • Find out if they have lawsuits against their bond.
  • Confirm names of business owners.
  • And much more.

You can also verify that the tradesperson performing electrical, plumbing, elevator installation or manufactured home installations is certified (licensed) in Washington. Disclaimer regarding updates and accuracy.
