These cities conduct their own electrical inspections using their own electrical inspectors.

If your job site is within the city limits of one of the cities on this list, you must contact that city to purchase an electrical permit and request an inspection. (Exception: Contact Tacoma Power if they service your job site.)
If your job site is within Pierce County, check to see if it's in Tacoma Power's jurisdiction.
If your job site is outside the city limits, please contact an L&I office in your community to inquire about electrical permits and inspections.
