The prevailing wage program is conducting a wage and hour survey to set current wage rates for Industrial power vacuum cleaners and Steet sweepers (nonconstruction). The wage and hour survey is the method L&I uses to update the prevailing rate of wage paid on public works projects in Washington. This survey will be open to registered contractors and/or employers currently in business that employed Industrial Power Vacuum Cleaners and Steet Sweepers (Nonconstruction) during the survey period.

The survey period for work performed between from January 1, 2014, through December 31, 2014.

Want to participate in the survey, but didn't receive one in the mail?

Here's how to do it:

  1. Print and read the Survey Information Letter. (one page).
  2. Print and read the Survey Instructions. (five pages).
  3. Download and print both pages of the survey form. Fill it out and mail it to L&I at the address on the form.
  4. Return the survey by the due date, found in the upper right hand corner of the survey form, (Month DD, 2016).
