My Certified Payroll

Q. Can my prime contractor and awarding agency view my certified payroll reports?

A. Yes, if your certified payroll reports were filed online! As soon as you complete a weekly certified payroll report online, it is immediately viewable by your prime contractor and awarding agency. Note: To view the reports, the prime contractor must access their PWIA account and the awarding agency must access their Awarding Agency Portal account.

Q. Can requests for certified payroll reports be satisfied online?

A. Yes, if the request is from the prime contractor, awarding agency, or L&I. Requests from other interested parties will still need to be submitted via the method they requested. If need, the system makes it easy to save and print any weekly reports filed online. Note: The prime contractor and awarding agency may still require paper certified payroll reports.

Q. Who can I contact for more information?

A. You may email questions to or call 1-855-545-8163.
