Due to the significant changes in wage rates between the publication date on August 3, 2009 and the effective date of September 2, 2009 it is critical for all parties utilizing the 9/02/2009 wage rates to confirm they are using the correct rates.
Please make sure that the rates you are bidding from match the currently published rates. Do not, rely on rates that may have been seen, found, copied or provided between 8/3/2009 and 9/2/2009.
