Criminal acts must either be credible or verifiable to be allowed under the crime victims act.
-
Some mental-health treatment techniques will not be allowed on accepted claims.
-
Labor & Industries will be required to consider the effect on the victim when a convicted offender requests debt reduction.
Written comments on the rules will be accepted until Dec. 2, 1996.
