Q: What will happen when I try to reach an old page on the new site?
A: You will automatically be redirected to the new page when you try to reach an old page. We believe this will take care of around 95% of the pages on our site. If there is not a specific page to redirect you to on the new site, you will reach a page with clear directions on how to find information on the new site. If you have a problem, use the “Site Feedback” link at the bottom of the page to get help.

Q: What are the links in the center of the home page?
A: These are links to pages that are frequently used by businesses, workers and providers. A “Quick Links” section on the home page provides one-click access to other often-used pages.
Q: What are the main changes in the new web site?
A: The new home page emphasizes topics that are important to customers. Information on the site has been reorganized based on how customers told us they would organize it. Q: If I have a problem using the new site, what should I do?
A: Report a problem by clicking on the “Site Feedback” link at the bottom of any page. You can use the same feedback form to ask a question or let us know what you think about the new site. If you would like a response, be sure to give us your e-mail address on the feedback form.
