L&I is listening to workers and employers who have workers' compensation claims.
Ipsos, an independent research firm, is conducting the survey on behalf of L&I. They will contact workers and employers by phone in November through January.
We use survey results to better serve workers and employers. For example, previous surveys told us that workers and employers are more satisfied when L&I makes an introductory phone call early in a claim, so we now emphasize those calls.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete. You are not required to participate, and no one who participates will revealed to L&I, so you can speak freely.
