Online Insurance allows approved insurance agents to submit general liability insurance certificates for construction and electrical telecom contractors to L&I. This includes policy renewals, cancellations, reinstatements and new insurer information. As soon as an agent submits the insurance certificates online, it's reflected in L&I's internal system and on the Hiring a Contractor site.

Complete an Application for Agent Online Insurance Entry Access form (F625-110-000) and email the completed application form to We will process the application and send you further instructions by email. Do not send insurance certificates to this email address.

If your agency has already been approved for access, you must be added as a user by your agency's designated administrator.
