We developed a Maintenance Control Program for hydraulic, electric and escalator/moving walk conveyances that involve the work of elevator contractors and mechanics.

According to American Society Mechanical Engineers (ASME) 17.1 article 8.6.1.4.1 (3), Maintenance Control Program records must be viewable on-site by elevator personnel in hard copy format acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.

These forms are to be provided by your elevator contractor and left in the machine room unless otherwise discussed with and approved by the Elevator Program.
