Labor & Industries (L&I) is planning to engage in rulemaking to increase fees by the fiscal growth factor for elevator. The current fee levels are inadequate to cover program expenses. The fee increases are needed to cover the operating costs for the Elevator Program.

An update on the status of this rulemaking will be provided during the quarterly ESAC meetings.
