The Prevailing Wage Advisory Committee (PWAC) reviews policy alternatives for overseeing public works projects and makes recommendations to the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I). PWAC meetings are open to the public.

During this meeting, PWAC members and interested parties will have an opportunity to review and discuss the revised pre-draft of the rule language on the topic of establishing prevailing wage rates from multiple Collective Bargaining Agreements, including a dispute resolution process. L&I filed a CR-101 Preproposal Statement of Inquiry on June 3, 2025 under WSR 25-12-093. You can share your feedback at the PWAC meeting or in writing by emailing PWRules@Lni.wa.gov by May 1, 2026.
