Labor & Industries anticipates filing a preproposal for rulemaking to update the Retro Insurance Tables in chapter 296-17B WAC by May 2022, with a target effective date in July 2023. Updates on the status of this rulemaking will be provided during the quarterly Retro Advisory Committee meetings.
