The Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) will hold our next public stakeholder meeting to discuss the latest draft rule and share updates on the ongoing Trenching Rescue & Excavation Plan rulemaking. All who are interested are welcome and encouraged to attend in whatever way that suits you best.

To initiate the rulemaking process, a CR-101 (Pre-proposal statement of inquiry) was filed on June 22, 2021.
