Details
During this special, public meeting of the Washington State Apprenticeship and Training Council (WSATC), proposed variances regarding electrical programs will be discussed. The WSATC intends to hear and take action on the WSATC Electrical Subcommittee’s recommendation regarding variances for the use of both registered apprentices and electrical trainees to perform work processes in accordance with approved program standards. See Washington Administrative Code 296-05-003(41).
Other items on the agenda include requests for variances and/or revisions of standards involving the following from the April 2024 WSATC meeting (agenda number in parenthesis):
- Rockwell Electric Inc. Apprenticeship and Training (9);
- Northwest Washington Electrical Industry Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee (21);
- Rob’s Electric Inc. Apprenticeship & Training (22);
- R&S Electrical Apprenticeship Training Cooperative (23); and
- Express Electric Apprenticeship Academy (24)
